Account Creation and Responsibility

You are responsible for content you upload, post, or generate via our platform. You grant Royalty Hero the right to use submitted content for promotional and operational purposes, while maintaining your rights as creator.

Order Placement and Payment

All purchases are billed in U.S. dollars. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and renewals unless you cancel in accordance with our policies.

Refund Policy

Some programs may be eligible for a 3-day cancellation window. Please email support@royaltyhero.com with refund requests. Royalty Hero reserves the right to deny refund requests after digital access or credit redemption has been used.

Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a subscription or trial with Royalty Hero, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

In some cases, you may be required to enter into a separate user agreement specific to your subscription. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the terms outlined in your signed user agreement will prevail.

You are solely responsible for ensuring timely payment of all fees associated with your subscription. Each billing period, your designated payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee, plus any taxes and accrued charges. Charges will continue regardless of your usage of the service, unless and until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

By subscribing, you authorize Royalty Hero to store your payment details, including the last four digits and expiration date of your card, and to process payments automatically based on your selected plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

To cancel your Royalty Hero subscription, you must submit a cancellation request through your online account or by emailing our support team at support@royaltyhero.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date (or as otherwise specified in your user agreement) to avoid additional charges.

If applicable, you may request to downgrade your subscription by contacting us via email. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Royalty Hero reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for any unpaid fees, in whole or in part. Termination does not eliminate your responsibility to pay any outstanding amounts. If collection actions are necessary, you agree to pay all associated costs, including legal fees.

Shipping (if applicable)

For any physical products, applicable shipping fees will be disclosed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays by third-party carriers.

Pricing and Descriptions

Pricing for Royalty Hero products and services is generally listed on our official website(s). We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify product or service specifications, discontinue offerings, or adjust pricing. Such changes do not create any obligation to you unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise specified in your agreement, any changes to the pricing of your subscription, product, or service will take effect after we provide notice via email.

While we strive to ensure accuracy in our product and service descriptions, Royalty Hero does not guarantee that all descriptions are complete, current, error-free, or that promotional materials (including images or packaging) will match the actual item or service you receive.

All sales are considered final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy or in a separate agreement. Any references to third-party products or services are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement or warranties by Royalty Hero.

Business Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for compliance with laws related to your own publishing business. Royalty Hero is not responsible for your use of its tools or strategies.

Testimonials and Reviews

At Royalty Hero, we value feedback from our clients and community and welcome your honest thoughts about our services and offerings. Our website and related platforms may offer opportunities for you to submit testimonials, reviews, or comments through forums, message boards, user profiles, or other interactive areas. By submitting such content, you confirm that your feedback is truthful, accurate, and based on your actual experience with Royalty Hero.

We may use any submitted testimonials, reviews, images, videos, or other feedback in whole or in part for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes, including in print and online formats. This may include using your first name, city, or state unless otherwise requested by you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Royalty Hero for any losses resulting from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of our Services.

Disclaimers

Royalty Hero provides Services “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific results, and your experience may vary.

Notice and Takedown Procedures; Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe that any material or content available on the Royalty Hero Website infringes a copyright you own, you or your authorized agent may submit a written notice requesting that we remove or disable access to the infringing content. If you believe that someone has wrongly filed a copyright infringement notice against you, you may submit a counter-notice in response.

General Provisions
