By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order over the Website, you and your business (including any sub-users you may have) agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain full ownership of the books they publish. However, Royalty Hero owns all proprietary publishing strategies, keyword research methods, and book development processes. Users may not resell course materials or use Royalty Hero methods to train others.

Modification of Services & Discontinuation Clause

Royalty Hero reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time. Users will receive a minimum of 60 days’ notice before any major service changes. There will be no refunds or prorated credits in cases of service discontinuation.

Account Termination & Suspension Policy

Users will be warned before termination in cases of lack of payment or violations of community guidelines. Users may appeal a termination by contacting support@royaltyhero.com. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to violations of our community policies.

Payment Processing & Chargebacks

Clients are NOT allowed to pause payments. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, the user will be permanently banned from using Royalty Hero services.

Vendor & Partner Responsibilities

Royalty Hero recommends vendors based on vetted relationships but does not require users to use specific vendors. Royalty Hero is not liable if a vendor fails to deliver, and users may work with external vendors without losing access to Royalty Hero support.

Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

Royalty Hero’s affiliate system is managed through Whop. Affiliates earn:

• 10% commission on high-ticket sales (above $2,000).

• 50% commission on low-ticket sales ($100 or below).

User-Generated Content Policy

Royalty Hero reserves the right to delete, edit, or moderate any user-generated content that is deemed false and/or misleading. Users are responsible for any legal claims arising from their content. Royalty Hero is not liable for any damages resulting from user-generated content. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Offensive or defamatory material

• Misleading or fraudulent content

• Illegal or harmful content
